Terms & Conditions – Keymo

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keymo mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by [Keymo Technologies / Company Name] (“Keymo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, accessing or using Keymo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Keymo Does

Keymo is a platform that connects:

Clients – property owners, tenants, investors or authorized users

On-site Agents (“Keymo Agents”) – independent providers who visit properties and share basic on-ground information

Keymo allows Clients to request property visits, and Keymo Agents to accept and complete those visits.

We provide technology and coordination only.
We are not a real-estate agent, broker, inspector, or property manager.

2. Eligibility

To use Keymo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated

We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

3. Your Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

All activity under your account is considered your activity.

Notify us immediately at [support@keymo.app
] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account.

4. Booking Property Visits

As a Client, you can:

Create a visit request by selecting:

Property address / pin location

Date and time

Basic instructions (e.g. photos required, meter readings, access notes)

A visit is considered accepted when a Keymo Agent confirms it in the app.

We do not guarantee that an agent will always be available for every request, location or time.

Keymo may limit the number of active visits per user, per property, or per day as needed.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for each visit (and any service charges or taxes) will be shown in the app before you confirm the booking.

By confirming a booking, you authorize Keymo and its payment partners to charge the shown amount using your selected payment method.

Some bookings may require full pre-payment or a deposit.

Keymo may charge a platform/service fee on top of the agent’s fee.

Except where our cancellation/refund rules allow, payments are generally non-refundable once the visit is completed or marked as a no-show.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Client cancellations

You may cancel a visit through the app, subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking (for example: free cancellation up to X hours before the visit).

Late cancellations may be partially or fully charged.

Agent cancellations

If a Keymo Agent cancels, we may attempt to reassign another agent where possible.

If we cannot reassign, you may receive a refund or credit in line with our policy.

No-Show (Client)

If the client or contact person is not available at the location at the scheduled time, or access to the property is not possible, the visit may be marked as a no-show and fees may still apply.

7. What Keymo Agents Do (and Don’t Do)

Keymo Agents generally:

Visit the property/location specified in the request

Confirm location and basic surroundings

Capture photos/videos as requested (where reasonable and lawful)

Check basic visible conditions, meters or utilities (if specified and safely accessible)

Provide short notes or a simple summary

They do not:

Provide professional legal, structural, engineering, valuation or safety inspection services

Guarantee property quality, title, ownership, legality, or suitability

Make binding commitments on your behalf with landlords, sellers or third parties

Any information shared is observational and for convenience only.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and due diligence.

8. User Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate address, access and contact details

Ensure the property can be lawfully entered or viewed

Not request illegal, unsafe or inappropriate tasks

Respect the time and safety of Keymo Agents

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

As a Keymo Agent, you agree to:

Provide honest, accurate observations to the best of your ability

Respect the property, neighbours and privacy of all parties

Not damage or misuse any property or keys

Follow instructions in the app, within legal and reasonable limits

Comply with local laws, including any licenses or registrations required

Keymo is not responsible for agreements or side-arrangements made outside the app.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Use Keymo for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose

Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any user or agent

Attempt to bypass the platform to avoid fees (e.g., moving all future work off-app)

Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers or networks

Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app’s code or design

Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful or violates any rights

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these rules.
