What is the “Property” category?
The “Property” category lets you book a professional to visit a specific property location for viewing, inspection, or basic verification.
How does a Property Visit work?
You select the Property category, enter or select the address, choose the visit time, and submit the request. A nearby provider accepts it and visits the location.
What can the provider do during a Property Visit?
The provider can visit the address, check basic condition, confirm location, and optionally share notes or photos (if enabled in your plan).
How is the Property Visit priced?
Pricing can be fixed per visit or area-based. The exact price is shown in the app before you confirm your request.
What if the provider doesn’t show up or cancels?
If a provider cancels or doesn’t arrive, you can report it in the app. You may request another provider or get a refund/adjustment as per our policy.
